We continue to see strong home sales in San Luis Obispo and across the County. The demand for new inventory remains high as we continue to see a surge in buyers relocating to the Central Coast. In turn, sellers are receiving multiple offers from well qualified buyers and receiving top dollar for their properties.
Those that decide to sell in the next few months will take full advantage of the high demand, low inventory market. Historically, we start to see a significant increase in inventory beginning in April in our area, leading up towards Summer. In the past few weeks, we have started to see new pulses of inventory start to steadily roll onto the market.
